Well we landed safely in Houston around 10:20 a.m. local time and proceeded to the nearest food concourse for a much needed meal.
Seven of us ventured over to Panda Express and loaded up some fried, high-caloric Chinese food prior to boarding the plane for Costa Rica. Needless to say we all had our fill there.
We sit here waiting for just a few more minutes as we prep to leave the country via United Airlines flight #1055. The next time you hear from us we should be in San Jose, Costa Rica.
